Mike brings EdgeCast extensive financial and leadership experience from the web hosting and internet infrastructure space. Prior to joining EdgeCast, Mike was CFO at HostPro, where he was instrumental in its M&A, datacenter build-out, and growth initiatives. He also served as CFO and then president of SolutionPro (a spinout of HostPro), leading the company to profitability through a business restructuring and development of advanced hosting, IT outsourcing and fiber-to-the-home services.

Prior to HostPro, Mike was CFO of Scott Sports Group in Switzerland, helping lead the company's funding, growth, M&A, and business restructuring initiatives, as well as the overhaul of its IT infrastructure. Mike also spent seven years in "Big 6" public accounting and financial consulting as a CPA for Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mike has a BS in accounting from Montana State and an executive MBA from Tulane. He has served on the boards of several technology startups and enjoys outdoor adventure sports.
